About our guests:

Grace Andrews is a Technical Solutions Engineer at Puppet who spends a lot of time with customers who are learning how Puppet works, and how to leverage it.  She also conducts webinars and contributes to the TSE demo environment.

Grace is also a co-organizer of the Portland Puppet User Group. When not working, Grace can be found going on long walks with her critter kid or picking up heavy weights in the gym. Grace is passionate about empathetic technologies and solutions that solves life’s constant problems. She spends much of her time as an Advisory Council Member for iUrban Teen’s Portland Chapter and Innovation Committee Member for the National Board. She is also a new member on the Portland Workforce Alliance Board.







James Jones is a Technical Solutions Engineer at Puppet. He joined Puppet in 2014 after working at Oracle as an Operations Engineer for several years. Focusing on environments that are both dynamic and include different operating systems and technologies he looks to bring his experience to customers getting started with building out automation solutions with Puppet Enterprise.
