On this episode we’ll be speaking with Brian Reaves, Sr. VP within the office of CEO at SAP.
About our guest:
Brian Reaves is a Sr. Vice President within SAP’s Office of the CEO organization and leads the Diversity & Inclusion initiative for the organization which includes the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Global Head of Strategy & Business Development, Chief Digital Officer, Global Head of Corporate Affairs and Global Head of Partner Operations.
Along with his operational responsibilities, Brian is a co-founder of SAP’s Black Employee Network (BEN) and worked closely with the University Alliances organization to create a strategic diversity initiative, called Project Propel, which enables Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to empower their students and professionals with knowledge of the latest SAP technologies to better prepare them with critical digital enterprise skills in demand by SAP, SAP Customers, and SAP Partners.
Brian began his career as a software developer at Xerox Corporation and had the opportunity to participate in ground breaking technology innovation at locations across the globe including the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) which is responsible for such well known and important developments as laser printing, Ethernet, the modern personal computer, and object-oriented programming.
Brian’s passions include international travel and professional/amateur sports. Brian holds a B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science from UCLA and grew up in South Central Los Angeles area.
